The 9th Annual Charity Golf Tournament is set forSeptember 26, 2009, at the

Golf Club at Deer Chase in beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.

Long-Drive Contest for tickets to a major sporting event

(MLB, NFL, NHL, NASCAR, PGA or NBA)

Putting Contest for a 5-day Carnival Cruise!!!

1st PLACE PRIZES: 4-day, 3-night hotel getaway to your choice of Vegas, Orlando or  

                               Hawaii!
2nd PLACE PRIZES: travel package!
3rd PLACE PRIZES: travel package!

Competition prizes will be awarded for:

  • Longest Drive
  • Longest Putt
  • Closest to the Pin 2nd shot
  • Most Accurate Drive

 

Tournament Fees include:

  • Dinner and Social Event and Silent Auction Friday, September 25 at 6 PM.
  • Registration, Breakfast, and Shot-gun start at 8 AM on Saturday, September 26th.
  • BBQ Lunch and Awards Ceremony

 

Team fees are $400
Individual fees are $100

The ULTIMATE TEAM PACKAGE includes:
